Poor communication

I paid for expedited delivery, I got economy shipping, which arrived late,

The guitar was damaged it was either B stock or a return,

The bridge pick up doesn't work, the knobs was either hammered on or hanging off, it's been sent to the repair shop for assessment. A screw was missing from the back plate.

I contacted latitude several times no answer, they just sent me this review to fill out, I doubt they will put this on their wrbsite
